At the Voodoo Lounge we acknowledge and respect the significance of your special night and will seek to make it run as smoothly as possible. We like to do everything with style and would like to have the opportunity to ensure your Bucks Night is an equally stylish affair. And, lets not forget, lots of fun.

THE RITES OF PASSAGE

Your Buck’s Party is one of the most important rituals you will enact within your life. It ‘marks’ off a line in the subconscious mind, between the years of immaturity and the responsibilities of a mature man. The men who share your Bucks Night will undoubtedly be the same men whose children will go to school, play sport and share social experiences with your children. It is a time where, although they laugh at the ritual ‘humiliation strip’, the males and the females of both the Groom’s and the Bride’s family become aware that they are ‘putting one thing aside to take up another thing of importance’. In the same way as the engagement ring and the wedding ring symbolize the opening of two worlds to join in completeness as one, the Bucks Night (and Hen’s) is the link, the crossing over, and the marking off point in that rite of passage.

THE RITUAL HUMILIATION BUCK’S STRIP

Here at the Voodoo Lounge we recommend and promote the ‘Ritual Buck’s Humiliation Strip’, whereby one or two of our beautiful and sensual dancers place the Buck in our specialty, onstage, Bucks Chair, then proceed to enact a full nude striptease performance to tease him and deprive him and which ultimately cumulates in his ritual degradation (perhaps a light whipping), acted out in front of and encouraged on by his cheering mates. There is always other theme strips you can ask about which we are happy to supply, however this is by far the most popular strip for Bucks (not so much for him as his mates).

 

Strips start at:

·         One (1) striptease artist @ $200 for 10-15 minutes

·         Two (2) striptease artists @ $300 for 10-15 minutes

 

BUCKS PACKAGES

Option 1: Gold Package

·         Please go to the Functions page of this website with the view to hiring the entire Voodoo Lounge for your own private party with a full array of XX strips etc.

P.O.A. with 28 days pre-notice and deposit required.

 

 

Option 2: Silver Package

·         Pre-book, with: an arrival time to ensure entry; free entry for the Buck and Best Man; some platters of food @ $100 each (serves up to 10 persons); $20 worth of Tipping Dollars for each member of the attending party ($10 in $2 notes and $10 in $5 notes); a Ritual Humiliation Bucks Strip pre-booked worth $200 ; a Bar-card (for every dollar you put on the card above $250, we will add a complimentary 10%) and; a reserved area set aside for your party.

·         Cost of $750 based on ten (10) persons.

·         7 days notice with 20% Deposit required.

 

 

Option 3: Bronze Package

·         Free Entry for the Buck and Best Man and five dollars ($5) discount on entry for all accompanied guests in the party: normal entry price is $15 (must be more than 8 people in the party).

 

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR BUCKS PARTIES

1.       We do not allow any Bucks Parties entry after 10.30p.m.

2.       By law we are not permitted to allow entry to any intoxicated persons. If any members of your party are drunk they will be denied entry.

3.       We recommend the Best Man books the party at least a month in advance book and ensures everyone arrives on time (as early as possible, around 9p.m., in case the room is full and not everyone can get in).

4.       Regulate your party. The Voodoo Lounge has a strict behavior policy and we do not permit any obscene, aggressive or misogynistic language or behavior.

5.       If your party becomes unruly the Best Man or person who made the booking will be held liable for all costs, damages or legal action.

6.       The police exercise a ‘no tolerance’ policy in our entertainment precinct, so ensure your party arrives early and leaves before Northbridge becomes inundated with a younger crowd.
