The semiotics of the room were designed specifically, so that no person has to stare another in the face, whilst you are able to comfortably view the stage and podiums from all corners of the room. This design reduces body space and/or ‘eye intrusion’, thus subconsciously acts to reduce conflict. Therefore, you are able to slip in amongst pole-dancing, accepting their attire (or lack thereof), as a part of the overall presentation, within a bohemian audience which is able to transcend stereotypes and bourgeois interpretations: come and sample the mini-slices of alternative theatre.
